Please find attached the latest newsletter which gives the dates for the next three Saturday morning work sessions.
There are two other matters I need your assistance with –
Firstly, one of our sponsors – Tesco’s – have asked us to provide some photographs of the garden showing some of you volunteers enjoying working there. We would need those individuals in the photos to give written permission for these pictures to be sent to Tesco’s and so we are going to prepare a form of authority for you to sign – if you are happy to do so – which will be available at the Saturday morning sessions.
Secondly, we would like to have details of your postal address in addition to your email. This is so we can send thank you’s and Christmas Cards etc by snail mail. If you are happy to provide your address please will you send it to this email address sidcupgardenproject@gmail.com . I can assure you that your details will be kept confidential and not be given out to anyone else.
