An oak tree is being cut down in the back garden of 6, stafford rod, sidcup, kent.
Is this aloud.
It’s an old tree and look healthy.

It depends on whether the tree had a Tree Protection Order on it. If yes, it can only be cut down with permission. There are trees in Stafford Road with Tree Protection Orers, Stafford Road, Sidcup rear of 41-45 (odd) TP/X/90/36 131, but that doesn’t seem to apply to the rear of Number 6.
You could raise directly with the Council. If it should not have been cut down, they can still deal with it.
